Filipino Arnis

Arnis korredas obra mano is a martial art style born on the Cebu island. Stemming from the Filipino free fight tradition, it is based on the handling of a short stick (10 to 20 inches long), used alone or with two. Olivier Bersabal makes you enter the realm of his vast expertise through techniques applied on the 12 basic angle attacks. He demonstrates applications for personal defense against a stick, a knife and empty hands.
